Location near Busch Gardens is fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the parks. Breakfast options were limited and could use improvement. The room was clean and included a microwave. The carpet showed some wear and tear, which was disappointing.

I thought I’d have essentials provided, but everything cost extra! I constantly had to trek to the front desk for towels and supplies, which was such a hassle with a newborn. Not cool at all!

The location is prime, just a stone’s throw from Water Country USA, which is a perk. Staff were genuinely friendly, and the room was clean with plenty of bedding. the pool was green and dirty, and breakfast options quickly became monotonous. A lack of proper cleaning raised concerns, and the elevators felt sketchy. It’s a budget-friendly option, but the experience felt more like a 2-star stay with renovation chaos evident throughout. While convenient, it’s hard to overlook the cleanliness issues and disorganized service. There’s potential here, but some improvements are definitely needed.

Free parking and easy check-in. Rooms are comfy and clean with cool amenities like a microwave and fridge. Breakfast selection was decent for free. Nice pool area, and fitness center too. Close to attractions, which is a plus. Some cosmetic repairs in the bathroom needed, but overall good value.

The outdoor grilling area is a fantastic hangout for the kids. The friendly staff make you feel right at home and the nice main lobby invites you to relax.
The exercise room could use a serious scrub.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to stroll over to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, both less than 3 km away, making my weekend adventures effortless and so much fun, plus there are tons of restaurants and shopping nearby to explore after a day of walking; the hotel itself had clean enough rooms, a friendly staff, and a surprisingly excellent breakfast, but the cleanliness of some amenities could use a bit more attention.

The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room cozy. I did notice some dust in the corners and on surfaces. The TV worked fine, and the refrigerator was a helpful addition. Though the bathroom was mostly clean, the tub could use a thorough scrub. The noise level was reasonable, with minimal disturbance from outside. The location is convenient, being close to key attractions. Parking was free and accessible. While there were areas needing attention, the essentials were satisfactory for a budget stay.

com made the reservation process easy, but I accidentally booked two rooms. Canceling wasn’t enough; the hotel wouldn’t waive the no-show fee despite my explanation. Disappointment ensued. On the plus side, the location was unbeatable—minutes from attractions. Breakfast offered a decent variety and was well-stocked by a friendly server who went above and beyond. The rooms were adequate for the price, but the beds were uncomfortable, and cleanliness left much to be desired. Elevators were a hazard; my child nearly got caught. We faced issues with the toilet and room keys, which complicated our stay. This trip was special, and while there were highlights, the setbacks overshadowed the experience. They're clearly in need of improved management.

I was blown away by the vibrant atmosphere and the incredible breakfast spread! The pool area was a perfect escape for some family fun, and the staff made every moment special. Seriously, I couldn't get enough of this place!

Great location near shopping and amusement options. The hotel was clean, had good lighting, and friendly front desk staff. Comfy beds, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast with many options to choose from. Perfect for a quick check-in even late at night during the holidays. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit!
Room cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. Some rooms reported roaches, bedbugs, and ceiling leaks.

I had a blast enjoying the outdoor pool, the fitness center, and the historical sites nearby. Breakfast was delightful. I felt safe with all the safety features around. Fishing was a hilarious disaster.
Loved running out of towels and dealing with water pooling in the shower. So classy!

We arrived to a sweltering hot room, and it took over an hour for it to cool down, making for an uncomfortable start to our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was also subpar, with leftover items and dirty areas in the room that made us feel uneasy. I'll recommend this hotel.

Located close to popular parks, making it convenient for visitors. The lobby had a charming, old, fashioned feel with a lovely piano, adding a touch of elegance. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after long days exploring the city.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with reports of stains on linens and roaches present. Breakfast options were disappointing, with stale grab, and, go bags and subpar beverages.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up Water Country USA and Busch Gardens right across the street! Stoked about the sick golf and tennis courts nearby. Got our adrenaline pumping with hikes and bike trails. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud after all the action!
Wishing for a rad on-site pool party scene for us young partiers to keep the fun vibes going strong! .

The heating and air conditioning in the room were excellent, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I also appreciated the availability of tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing me to relax and enjoy a hot beverage at my convenience. One area that could use improvement was the lack of garden furniture on the terrace. It would have been nice to have a place to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. the sink in the bathroom was located outside of the main bathroom area, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the room provided free toiletries, I found the selection to be limited. It would have been nice to have a wider range of toiletries available. The presence of an AM/FM alarm clock and a CD player was a nice touch, but the flat-screen TV could have been larger for a more enjoyable viewing experience. The room had a combination of carpeted and parquet floors, which gave it a unique look. the carpeted areas appeared a bit worn and could use some refreshing. Housekeeping did a decent job overall, but there were a few areas that seemed overlooked during my stay. I did not have the opportunity to explore the shops or commercial services at the hotel, but the laundry facilities were convenient. while there were some positives to my stay at Wyndham Garden, such as the comfortable temperature control and tea/coffee facilities, there were also areas that could be improved, like the lack of garden furniture and limited toiletry selection. With some attention to detail and enhancements, the experience could be elevated.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to Colonial Williamsburg, a place I've dreamt of visiting. The customer service at Wyndham Garden pleasantly surprised me, and the complimentary wireless Internet access and picnic area are a bonus.

Our stay at a hotel near Busch Gardens and Water Country turned out to be a fantastic experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We loved the fact that it was the same crew all weekend, creating a warm and personalized atmosphere. The location couldn't have been better, as we were just a short five-minute drive from Busch Gardens and even closer to Water Country. It made our visit to these attractions a breeze. Another plus was the presence of a Target store conveniently located across the street from the hotel, making shopping easy and convenient. The hotel itself was nice, with a comfortable room that matched the description provided. The breakfast offered was a delightful surprise, as it consisted of a full hot meal. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, we were happy to see that there was a pool available. our experience was very positive, and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
One aspect of our stay left us disappointed. We noticed that the pool seemed to be accessible to the public, as people would just come and use it without any restriction.

we stayed at wyndham garden in a clean and quiet room. the housekeeping staff was helpful and polite. the location was convenient to water country and busch gardens, with target right across the street.

the hotel was very clean and the location was perfect - just a hop away from the historic attractions we visited. also, the lady wilma who looked after the dining room during breakfast was super friendly and helpful.
